          Job Duties
          The Physical Therapist (PT) provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to residents upon physican referral in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.� A PT reports to the Rehab Services Manager (RSM).

          Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

          Computer Skills:� Candidates should be computer literate and have the ability to learn and operate proprietary software used in the management and delivery of therapy services.

          Communications/Other:� Candidates must possess the ability to communicate with residents and other facility staff.� They must be able to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English.� Additionally, they must successfully pass a criminal background check as well as pass any state-specific abuse/fraud registry check.

          Certificates & Licenses

          Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy, BSPT or MSPT (2003 or later must be MSPT).� They must also be currently registered and/or licensed within the applicable state.
          Required ExperienceOne year of experience in a long-term care or related setting is preferred.Required EducationMaster's degree preferred, but a Bachelor's degree will be considered.Other Job Details
