Physical Therapist / PT / Physical Therapy
Heartland Rehabilitation is looking for a full time or part time Physical Therapist. Heartland Rehabilitation is part of the HCR Manor Care network. This Physical Therapist would be a Heartland Rehab employee, working in an orthopedic outpatient setting in a local Glasgow, KY Medical Office.
Strong orthopedic skills preferred.
New grads with athletic training experience or sports medicine background are encouraged to apply.
Leadership training available.

Job Requirements:
State of Kentucky Licensed Physical Therapist
Physical Demands:
Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Requirements: Education/LicensingCredentialed Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and currently licensed in this state, if required in the state.
