We are looking for those who want to excel in the role of a Collection Specialist.
This schedule is Monday through Thursday; 1:00PM-10:00PM and Fridays, 12:30PM-9:30PM. NO WEEKENDS!!!

Responsibilities-
Collection representatives to perform account follow-up and resolutions of patient receivables in our inbound/outbound call center. These collection representatives are responsible for assisting customers who have outstanding balances on HCA hospital bills. The position requires excellent customer service and listening skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to resolve their obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Minimum 30 WPM typing
· MUST be able to passextensivecriminal background check*
· Exceptional communication skills a must!
· Strong tenure in employment history preferred
