Medical Technologist (MT or MLT) - PRN
JOB SUMMARY : Performs clinical laboratory testing on all specimen types. Able to make judgments regarding instrumentation performance, quality control and patient testing. Able to collect blood specimens from all age groups. Major job duties include correlating test results with diagnosis and questions incompatible results; correlate laboratory methods, procedures and patient’s test results with age-specific population criteria, i.e., geriatrics, adults, pediatrics and neonates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATION : Four (4) year baccalaureate degree; MT(ASCP) certification or eligible. Experience preferred but not required.
