Job Designation

The Production Composite Sprayer is responsible for spraying paint products using technologically advanced, state of the art equipment. Use of multi-component priming and top-coat applicants.

Job Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts for painting

  • Perform masking tasks prior to painting

  • Perform quality assessments

  • Maintain booth cleanliness and upkeep of painting equipment and work area

  • Communicates issues regarding defects or quality control problems to appropriate personnel in a timely manner

  • Abide by 5S and all safety rules

  • Assist with training others in the work area, as needed

  • Cleaning, disassembly and maintenance of HVLP gun systems

Job Specifications

Education: HS Diploma/GED Years Experience: 3-5 years of experience with previous spray-painting production environments Skills:

  • Advanced experience in spray-painting and ability to train others

  • Familiarity with hazardous waste procedures

  • Careful and thorough application; detail-oriented

  • Experience with masking and part-holding maximizing coating applicants
