The Production Composite Sprayer is responsible for spraying paint products using technologically advanced, state of the art equipment. Use of multi-component priming and top-coat applicants.
Job Core Responsibilities
Prepare parts for painting
Perform masking tasks prior to painting
Perform quality assessments
Maintain booth cleanliness and upkeep of painting equipment and work area
Communicates issues regarding defects or quality control problems to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
Abide by 5S and all safety rules
Assist with training others in the work area, as needed
Cleaning, disassembly and maintenance of HVLP gun systems
Education: HS Diploma/GED Years Experience: 3-5 years of experience with previous spray-painting production environments Skills:
Advanced experience in spray-painting and ability to train others
Familiarity with hazardous waste procedures
Careful and thorough application; detail-oriented
Experience with masking and part-holding maximizing coating applicants
